Easy Double Knitting Mirrored Patterns

Double knitting mirrored patterns. Traditional double knitting creates a mirror pattern on each side. That means both sides have the same geometric design – stripes, dots, squares, paisley, etc., but only the colors get reversed. In this class we’ll create boxes and grids. Using high contrast light and dark colors, one side highlights the boxes in the pattern while the reverse highlights the grid surrounding the boxes. It’s 2 colors in opposite positions creating a mind bending effect using simple knitting needles and yarn.
