Duplicate stitch is a way to decorate your finished knitting with contrasting colors that leaves your work looking like the contrasting colors were knit in. We will learn how to do this stitch as well as diving into the other uses it has – for reinforcing your knit fabric, for repairing small holes or worn patches invisibly, and for a surprising pathway to understanding and mastering how to graft knitted pieces together.
